Description

This project will consist of the renovation of the June Creek Elementary School campus located at 1121 Miller Ranch Road, Edwards, CO 81632. The building was built in 2008 and consists of approximately 70,000 square feet on 9.8 acres and is generally in good condition. Details of the project are attached per building plans. In general, this includes renovations to add toilets, fixtures, and sinks in 3 rooms; revise age, size and appropriate fixture heights in two multi-use restrooms; and various other small projects.
