Bldg Exhaust System

Provide and install an overhead exhaust fan system with the following specifications: 1. Belt driven, 2 horsepower, 230/460/3 Totally Enclosed, Fan Cooled Motor. 2. Minimum of 1300 CFM@ 5" s.p. 3. Class 1 Backward inclined industrial type impeller with extreme temp operation/ shaft cooler. 4. Fan shall be in a painted steel housing with belt guard; system to be installed on vibration rails and pads. 5. Magnetic starter in NEMA 4/12 enclosure with disconnect switch. 6. Heavy Duty Spring system for UP/DOWN/STOP operation with ratchet lock to stop hose at desired length; hose to be 8" x 25', high temp with protective exterior helix. 7. 8" x 10" 22 gage (min) stainless steel open end nozzle with clamp-on attachment for exhaust pipe. 8. 8" quick inner disconnect at end of flexible hose for change of pipe adapter to Y style adaptor consisting of 8" quick outer disconnect and 2 each 6"x8' high temp flex hoses with open end nozzle with clamp-on attachment for exhaust pipe. B. Work Included: 1. Remove existing system and disposal. 2. Install new system using as much existing as possible (penetration holes, electrical, etc.). 3. Install external piping and weather devices. 4. Install all electrical required for fully operational system. 5. Provide instruction to operators on operations of system.
