Five Winds Ranch Barn Building Relocation

Scope of Services: The contract work for this project shall consist of furnishing all the required labor, materials, equipment, parts, implements and supplies necessary to perform the required existing steel/wood barn building disassembly, building component salvage, building component storage and reassembly of the barn building on City furnished footing/foundation at the Five Winds Ranch facility. The construction and completion of the project as indicated above shall be in accordance with all City Standards, Building Codes and Specifications prepared for this project.
