| Description | Bids will be opened at that time, or shortly thereafter. Work will be let under one contract to the lowest qualified bidder(s). The successful bidder will be required to comply with the provisions of all State of Illinois and federal laws concerning public works projects as well as the State of Illinois Human Rights Act and the regulations of the Illinois Human Rights Commission. The Board of Education, Bloom Township High School District 206 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any or all irregularities or technicalities in the bid, and award the bid in the manner that best serves the interests of the Owner. |
