| Description | Proposals submitted shall be held open to acceptance for sixty days. All potential Proposers are reminded that information contained in submitted material will become a public record. Any and all exceptions to this Request shall be clearly and explicitly stated in the firm's submission. All bonds shall comply with the requirements of Maine state law, 14 M.R.S. 871. Receipt of any addenda must be acknowledged in writing as part of a proposal. Each Proposer shall be responsible for ensuring that they have received any and all addenda. The Town shall not assume responsibility for the receipt by the Contractor for any addenda. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. The Town may, in its sole discretion, re-advertise for Proposals using this RFP or a different request for proposals or solicitation.
