Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Roseville, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field. This project provides funding for the design and construction of a 7.61-acre school park site. The project will begin in FY2022-23 with public outreach to determine appropriate park amenities. It is anticipated that the design may include formal game fields, restrooms, a children's play area, a shaded area for picnicking, and a looped path.
