| Description | Estimate 10,000 / per month Construction of Generator Addition, as follows: 1. Fixed-rate Capital Lease-to-own, 750KW (with Alternate for upsize to 1MW) between 72 and 96 months 2. All project permitting 3. Engineering design and construction documents 4. Provide and install 2000 Amp service entrance 5. Closed transition Automatic Transfer Switch 6. Remote control/transfer ability 7. Vent piping 8. Generator monitoring system 9. Concrete pad and support structure to comply with all Harris County and City of Houston requirements 10. Intercept and rework normal power raceways 11. Connect electrical feeders 12. Initial fuel fill 13. Owner training and documentation 14. Preventative Maintenance and Service Plan included 15. 5-year warranty, inclusive of all repairs 16. Enrollment into ERCOT ERS Program. Payments split between Owner and Contractor. |
