| Description | This project will include numerous electrical system upgrades and installations into the Franklin Housing Unit inmate cells. Scope will include as a minimum duplex electrical outlet, wiring, conduit and controls to be connected to the facility emergency power system. Cell doors are to receive added local control switches. In addition, a new electrical room will be constructed in an existing office to house electrical panels and switches. |
