| Description | The project consists of constructing approximately 4,900 linear feet (LF) of new water main (primarily 16” PVC) on Columbia Lane and Brandywine Lane in West Melbourne, Florida. Included in that 4,900 LF is approximately 980 LF of 16” fusible PVC water main that will be directional drilled under U.S. Highway 192 and Interstate 95. The remaining portions of the water main will be primarily restrained PVC pipe installed by trenching, with small sections of ductile iron pipe and smaller diameter piping. Various demolition and restoration of items within the project areas will be required (including sod, trees, sidewalks, pavement, etc.) |
