Description The project consists of replacement of existing raised median & guardrail with new textured concrete median barrier and construction of 10’ walk along north side of roadway; modifications to north leg of Wilkinson Ave. intersection by removing southbound lane and retaining single lane for northbound traffic; removal of overhead mounted signs and sign supports and replacement of ground mounted signs; removal and replacement of portions of existing fence along north side of SR 47 with decorative fence; new pavement markings as necessary; installation of mono arm type ODOT light poles with LED lights; upgrades to existing traffic signal at Walnut Ave. with mast arm signal supports and LED signal heads.
