Parkside Edge Phase 2 - New Park Construciton

This Contract is to cover the cost to supply all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, maintenance, services, supplies, tools, apparatus, transportation, and incidentals required to perform all operations necessary for the Landscaping, Civil works, and Electrical infrastructure for the Parkside Edge Improvements – Phase 2 Project (the "Project”), extending along Concourse Avenue from the intersections of West Memorial Drive to East Memorial Drive; and within parkland bound by these three roadways, as well as Parkside Avenue, as defined in the Contract Documents. Landscape architecture services and design engineering services are being provided by Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
