(3) hot water heaters that are each 150 GLs each: (total of 450 GLs) (1) storage tank 150 GLs (2) circulating pumps (1) house pump Connect 208 volts (existing only needs to be transferred) Need to provide and install about 30 of 3 piping Need to provide a pad for the unit at 6 height Flush system for school Looking to abandon and leave the old tank, to not disrupt the existing rust and asbestos Need to cap off this old system Material and installation must comply with cps standards and specifications If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and or repair as necessary. All questions/request must be received two business days prior to bid closing. All work shall be coordinated with the board authorized representative to complete in an agreed upon time frame. Contractor crew is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. All trash must be removed off-sight by the vendor and the area left clean.
