Description

The services may include, but are not limited to, the following: Design of the approximately 35-40-gate Midfield Terminal, apron, and associated taxiway infrastructure Minimum of (2) gates with international arrival/processing capability and associated international passenger screening functions Hydrant Fueling System to interface with existing fuel farm Baggage handling system design/coordination with full screening capability Design/specification of new/relocation of existing passenger boarding bridges and associated equipment Design or Criteria Architect for approximately 5,000 space, multi-story parking garage Design of all entrance, exit, and circulation roadway networks Siting and Design of a Ground Transportation Center Wayfinding services for the terminal and garage Parking program expansion Design of the demolition of the existing buildings and any necessary resulting improvements Incorporation of CRAA administrative offices into new facility A/E Team services will include, but are not limited to the following: Programming and stakeholder coordination with CRAA, Airlines, Concessionaires, and all other pertinent parties with facilitated charrettes, including the selected Construction Manager at Risk ("CMR"); Design of the demolition of the existing buildings and improvements; Geo-technical investigation and surveys; Civil engineering; Architectural design; Structural engineering; Universal design; Sustainable design; Environmental design including supplemental mitigation and permitting for any identified impacts; Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering, including fire protection; Airport electronics/IT systems design; Traffic and Roadway studies; Landscaping/Lighting Design; Fire life safety, alarm, protection system; Physical security and access control systems; Concession/commercial program planning; Art and cultural programs; Operational Readiness; Traffic planning, including maintenance of traffic plans; Coordination with airlines/airline representatives during all phases of the project;
