Description

This scope of work is to repair the IR Heaters that are currently identified below as inoperable or degraded and return them to full functionality. The existing IR Heaters are Space-Ray, CoRayVac, and Reflect-O-Ray brands. They are identified in detail in Attachment 1. Below is a summary of the units that require repairs, and some of their suspected failure causes. Physical locations of the units will be identified per building in Attachment 2. The suspected failure causes are not necessarily the full extent of the repairs needed to return all the units to full functionality. Troubleshooting may be required. Additional minor repairs not listed here shall be the responsibility of the contractor to repair once found, such as damaged wiring, faulty connections, minor component replacements, and mechanical control adjustments. A full report shall be made of any more substantial unidentified repairs that are needed, such as tube replacements. There shall be an option to incorporate any additional identified major repairs to these units via modification in order to complete bringing them to functionality
