Description

The work includes removal of existing fuel tank serving boilers and replace with propane tank, provide new equipment pads, chiller (A71 only), boilers and pumps, piping,and replacement of boiler exhaust stack. Upgrade or replace electrical breakers, panels, and wiring as needed. Remove and replace the existing domestic hot water heater with a gas-fired water heater and all peripheral components and incidental related work.
