Any request for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to: Office of Housing and Community Development 608 Pleasant St, New Bedford MA 02740 Attn: Kevin Fraga Email: kevin.fraga@newbedford-ma.gov The Work of the Contract can be summarized by reference to the Contract Documents. Work of this Contract includes the coordination of the entire Work indicated by the Contract Documents. All items shown, indicated, or inferable from the Contract Documents are to be included such that there are no omissions which would prevent full use in all respects. Materials shown or indicated in any one Contract Document are to be inferred as if required by all. Work of the Contract is also unavoidably affected or influenced by governing regulations, natural phenomenon including weather conditions, and other forces outside the Contract Documents. Briefly, without limitation the Work can be summarized as follows: 1. Work of the Project includes selective demolition of existing exterior and interior building components as required for construction of new exterior and interior building improvements as indicated on the Drawings. Work will also include upgrades and modifications to existing fire protection sprinkler, fire alarm, HVAC and Electrical systems as indicated on the Drawings.
