Description

Preventive maintenance of all HVAC systems, including but not limited to the following: a) General check of all housing, drains, thermostats and electrical connections. b) Check and clean all outdoor coils, straighten and bent coil fins. c) Check all drive belts, replace if necessary. d) Inspect all electrical relays and contactors. e) Lubricate all bearings and rotating components. f) Start and run the system ensuring proper operation, airflow and temperature output.
