All School Districts are free to use any bidding source available to them, to engage a particular service or purchase a product, all as deemed appropriate by that district. The terms and conditions of the contract or contracts awarded under this cooperative bid shall be extended to and made available for procurement by other Nassau County school districts which are, or become, members of the Nassau County Directors of School Facilities Purchasing Consortium, during the term of the awarded contract(s), in accordance with General Municipal Law Article 5-G and section 103 subdivision 16
