The Scope of work includes: Interior footings, curbs and slab on grade. Exterior pavements per civil drawing, plus widened path on west to 8’-0 Structural steel, engineered pan stairs with associated handrail, and metal decking. In-wall blocking. Metal studs, metal joists, drywall, cement board, and plywood. Hollow metal door frames. Interior glazing. Underground and above ground plumbing rough-in. Underground and above ground electrical rough-in. Site water and sanitary tie-in. Electrical service. Power to HVAC. (Coordinated w/ Nicholson Heating and Cooling LLC) Power and lighting for turf area. Power and receptacles for turf area.
