Escambia County ADA Modifications Task 2A

The work of this project is defined by the contract documents and consists of American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) modifications at various locations, with work to include selective demolition, finishes, door hardware, toilet partitions, painting, plumbing, and site work. Phase 1 – Animal Shelter at 20 West Fairfield Drive, Pensacola, FL 32501 The work at the Animal Shelter includes but is not limited to the installation of accessible electric water coolers on the exterior of the building. This work will require cutting and patching of concrete slabs, cutting and patching of concrete masonry unit wall, provide new waste- and water-supply lines, and providing electricity. Civil-sitework includes, but is not limited to, concrete sidewalks, concrete paving, and parking lot signage. Phase 2 – Includes: Harvey C. Bradberry Park, 4760 County Road 99A, McDavid, FL 32568 The work at Harvey C. Bradberry Park includes but is not limited to the minor interior renovation at the men’s and women’s toilet rooms. This work will require the demolition of existing toilet partitions and toilet accessories, providing new solid plastic toilet partitions and toilet accessories, and relocation of toilet fixtures. Civil-site work includes but is not limited to replacing existing sidewalks and concrete paving with new concrete sidewalks and paving. New parking lot signage is part of the Scope of Work. Molino Park, 2340 Crabtree Church Road, Molino, FL 32577 The work at Molino Park is located in building three and includes but is not limited to minor interior renovation at the men’s and women’s toilet rooms. This work will require the demolition of existing toilet partitions and toilet accessories, providing new solid plastic toilet partitions and toilet accessories, and relocation of toilet fixtures. Civil-site work includes replacing existing sidewalks and concrete paving with new concrete sidewalks and paving. The work also includes the installation of new pads under existing bleachers. New parking lot signage is part of the Scope of Work.
