Bridge Repair Coatings and Sealants

The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a Contract with a Contractor to provide for bridge repair coatings and sealant type products used to treat, maintain, and retro-fit roughly 3,356 bridges in the state of Minnesota on an as needed basis. This solicitation requests materials and products only and does not include application services. The materials and products MnDOT, state agencies and CPV ordering entities are interested in are product offerings that are found currently on MnDOT Approved Product List (APL). The state also requests responders be able to deliver throughout the state and its 8 MnDOT districts. Orders may be placed on as-needed basis and the quantities may vary. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $70,000.00 to $100,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State.
