Description

To provide, load, haul, discharge, and dispose of aqueous wastewater with high salt concentrations (salt pond water) from various locations within Ashland Residency. Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis. Wastewater will be pumped from holding ponds located in the counties of Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Charles City, New Kent and Chesterfield.
