| Description | For Provide Services to Furnish the Equipment Necessary to Provide Snow Plowing and Ice Control Services The City encourages prospective bidders to submit their bids before the designated date and time of the opening via the Citys Bidding System. No Bidder may submit more than one bid. Any bid received after 11:00 am shall not be accepted in the Bids&Tenders system. Bidders must submit complete and detailed information of the product or service which Bidder proposes to supply. The right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law is expressly reserved by the authority of the City Council of the City of Camden NOTE: All bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
