2022 Water and Sewer System Improvements

The project consists of four schedules of work. Schedule A consists of the installation of approximately 3,100 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main and 340 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main by open trench, jacking and boring of approximately 110 linear feet of 24-inch steel casing with 12-inch ductile iron carrier pipe under the Mukilteo Speedway and 85 linear feet of 24-inch steel casing with 8-inch ductile iron carrier pipe under a wetland and its buffer in an unimproved proposed easement, and one PRV vault, replacing the existing 6-inch cast iron water main along 3rd Street, 4th Street, 8th Street, Washington Avenue, Church Avenue, and Webster Street, as shown on the Plans, and hereinafter specified. Work will also include water services, hydrants, valves, connections to the existing system, HMA trench patch, driveway reconstruction, and general restoration. Schedule B consists of the installation of approximately 225 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE DR 17 gravity sanitary sewer, 40 linear feet of 4-inch HDPE DR 17 sewer force main, and two 48-inch diameter polymer concrete manholes, replacing the existing 4-inch PVC sewer force main on Harbour Pointe Boulevard. Work will also include connections to the existing system, HMA trench patch, and general restoration. Schedule C and D provide roadway improvements consisting of HMA grind and overlay.
