2023 Road Work

As of March 17, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. For 2023 Road Work The project includes, but is not limited to, pavement resurfacing along East Maple Street and Walnut Street, as well as curb and sidewalk work along East Maple Street. The curb and sidewalk work includes curb ramp replacements and lawn restoration. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/30/2023 10:00 AM Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply. Cleona Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. A pre-bid meeting is not scheduled for this project. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
