Description 1. The contractor shall prepare a technical and price proposals for Warfighter 19-3 at Fort Bragg, NC. 2. Project Title: Warfighter 19-3 at various locations on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. 3. Tents shall be erected and fully operational from: 28 JAN 2019 - 15 FEB 2019 4. The 82nd Airborne Division will execute a FORSCOM directed Warfighter at Fort Bragg, NC from 21 Jan 2019 to 15 Feb 2019. The exercise consist of multiple units from outside the Fort Bragg area to travel to and reside at Fort Bragg for the duration of the exercise. The 82nd will serve as the host unit for all external units participating in the warfighter exercise. Fort Bragg lacks the availability of consolidated billeting, field feeding and general life support activities centrally located to provide external units with the required life support activities to focus on training objectives without the constraints of living and spread out over and off the installation. Based on this, the 82nd Airborne Division requires contracted life support activities. 5. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform operations necessary for providing tents for sleeping and dining at Holland DZ, FOB Patriot, and the Fort Bragg Fairgrounds (Grids and maps attached). 6. The Contractor shall provide sleep tent structures at each location at the specified size and quantity per the attached diagram. The tent structures must be made of material durable to survive the winter elements in the Fort Bragg area. The tents will be constructed of metal frames and durable material. The tents will have a weather resistant flooring that interlocks and provides flat surface. The tents will have weather resistant side walls around the exterior of the tent and have the ability to add at least one divider wall on the interior. 7. The Contractor shall provide dining tent structures at the locations provided in the attached diagram. The dining tents must be constructed of durable material to survive the winter elements in the Fort Bragg area. They will have side walls and floors that are weather resistant. The tents will have and entrance and separate exit. The contractor will provide tables and chairs for the dining tents per the specified occupants. The dining tents will have power generation for lighting. The dining tents will be climate controlled. 8. Contractor shall transport, setup, provide maintenance service, and tear of all tent structures in accordance with the prescribe period of performance. This includes the servicing of all environmental control units and power generators for all tent structures and at locations for 24 hour operations. 9. Contractor shall provide power generation to each tent structure. The power generation will be for interior lights within the tents that have several light switches to control lighting inside the tent. The contractor shall provide interior outlets/power strips/power distribution cables and panels for use inside the tent per the tent capacity. 10. Contractor shall provide environmental control units for each tent structure with capacity to keep the temperature at a suitable level. The contractor will provide fuel and servicing of all environmental control units installed/setup. 11. Contractor shall provide a service point of contact for any emergency situations that may occur outside of normal operating hours. 12. Clean up after Servicing: The Contractor shall remove all trash, debris, or surplus materials from the work site at during and at the end of each workday and shall leave the work site clean of all debris when work is completed. 13. Extended work hours. Military members will be occupying tents during extended work hours and on weekends. Contractor shall be available to be on site within 30 minutes in case of emergency repairs or maintenance.
