Snow and Ice Removal for DDS New London County Locations

SCOPE OF SERVICES: 1. SERVICE LOCATION(S): The Contractor shall provide Services to the following facility(ies) (collectively referred to as, the "Facilities", and individually, the "Facility"), located at the following address(es): I. 264 Hempstead Street, New London, CT II. 751 North Road, Groton, CT III. 8 George Street, Waterford, CT IV. 86 Holton Road, North Franklin, CT V. 256 Broadway, Norwich, CT 2. SERVICES: Contractor shall provide the following Services: I. snow plowing; II. snow blowing; III. hand shoveling; and IV. deicing application(s) of ice melt. This Solicitation contains a mandatory pre-Solicitation meeting/site-visit requirement. Contractors who are interested in responding to this Solicitation must attend the meeting/site visit at the specified date/location listed below. Contractors are only required to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting(s) at the location(s) the Contractor is interested in responding to. Late Arrivals (10 minutes or more) will not be given credit for attendance nor allowed to participate in the Solicitation process. Vendors will not be admitted to state buildings without a valid photo ID. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your response.
