Park Signage Master Plan

The Park Signage Master Plan Construction Project consists of the fabrication and installation of new signage throughout the Rattan Creek neighborhood park system. Scope includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing signage, permitting within City of Austin, structural concrete, sign graphics, and fabrication and installation. NAMUD No. 1 has requested that Bidders prepare three bid forms to assist in decision-making and budgeting: Sign by Type - To provide itemized turn-key pricing for each sign type on an individual basis to assist in future phase planning. All Signs Within Master Plan - To provide turn-key pricing as total bid for all signs proposed within the master plan to assist in long-term budgeting and/or phasing. Pending total bid amount, the MUD Board may ultimately decide to install all signs at once as a part of this project. "Phase 1" - To provide turn-key pricing as total bid for the immediately identified first phase: Demolition of existing Bulletin and Monument Signs Permitting/Engineering 1 EA - Type A Sign (EMC/Bulletin) 2 EA - Type B Signs (Park Monument Signs 1 EA at Rattan Park and Robinson Park)
