Jet Cleaning Contract Services

A brief description of the work- once a housing unit is vacant, an order for work is issued. The cleaning must be completed within (10) days. Often this work must be coordinated with other painting and flooring subcontractors. Cleaning and carpet cleaning are the last subcontractors on site. Bid security in the amount of $5,000 must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. There are Davis-Bacon prevailing wage components with this contract. The CDA hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.M.E.) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and / or proposals and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin. The Dakota County CDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Dakota County CDA
