Padre Dam Municipal Water District is soliciting Proposals from qualified Respondents of various Solutions from qualified Suppliers to replace its aging Toshiba telephone system with a new Unified Communications and Contact Center platform in Santee and eastern San Diego County, California. Padre Dam MWD also wishes to use this opportunity to evaluate new technology that will increase productivity and enhance service quality. The new platform will support a total of 200 stations at five address locations. Padre Dam MWD has retained Communication Strategies, an independent technology consulting firm, to assist in the design, evaluation, and implementation of this new platform.
