| Description | Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals necessary to furnish and install a new HVAC system at the Landstown Transfer Station. All equipment, materials and installation work shall comply with this specification, the Virginia OSHA Standards, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. The contractor shall remove and replace a 15 ton unitary split system, air handler cooling coil, and drain pan. Remove and dispose of existing single compressor heat pump unit, cap of refrigerant lines at building, and uninstall electrical hookup at panel box mounted to building. |
