Ridge Park Fieldhouse Renovations

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The Ridge Park Fieldhouse is a two-story existing structure of approximately 42,000 square feet. This project pertains to the renovation of portions of the building as described in the project contract documents. The scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, a new elevator, auditorium modifications including a new ADA stage wheelchair lift, new stage extension, 2nd floor lobby renovation including a new ADA all-gender toilet, ramp and stairs. New lighting MEP systems are included in the renovation areas, including a new electrical service for the building.
