U-Portables Removal Project

Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to prepare the U-Portables site for the removal of the Leased Mobile Modular classroom, (5) units total, disconnect, medium and low voltage power, remove all obstacles preventing modular company from removing modular units. This project is to be completed in phases. Mobile Modular will be the responsible party to remove the modular units of the parking lot A once Phase I is completed. After modular units' removal Contractor will be responsible of restoring parking lot A, by removing all underground conduits to POC as shown on the attached sketches, backfilling holes and trenches, patching with asphalt, then coating the entire parking lot A with slurry, striping, adding new wheel stops to all stalls, and placing new ADA stalls and parking accessories.
