Project is to include the following approximate quantities: 300 LF-30" curb & gutter, 300 LF-24" curb & gutter, 2,500 SF-4" concrete sidewalk, 1,500 SF-6" concrete sidewalk & driveway , 4,000 SF concrete removals, 20 HRS-tractor backhoe w/operator, 100 HRS-laborer, 15 CY-bulk concrete poured at catch basin repairs, 8 EACH-detectable warning field, 3,800 SF-seed, fertilize & mulch, 65 CY-pulverized black dirt, Additonal Description: Contractor shall be aware that work shall occur at various times over the construction season and will result in multiple mobilizations. For each mobilization the Contractor will complete all work directed by Engineer.
