Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the developed bid documents to renovate bathrooms in Building 1, Building 5 and Building 18 and to remove/ replace electric water coolers in Building 1 as required by drawings and specifications The Scope of the project is to renovate select bathrooms and remove/install select electrical water coolers. Renovation to include new interior finishes, new plumbing fixture, new finish ceiling, supply and return grilles, exhaust fans. @ VA New Jersey Health Care System East Orange Campus, Building 1: Renovate existing toilet rooms. Renovate storage room into toilet rooms . Remove existing electrical water coolers (Located on various floors). Install new electric water coolers (Located on various floors) .
