New attic 1 hr walls where necessary, new bathroom exhaust fans with roofing patch, new electrical work for the new systems install, new ceiling fan / lights, new compressor pads with associated structural piles, and all accessory components and details that complete the project. Work consists of some asbestos abatement in the Padgett Island Buildings. |
