Abatement involves the following (quantities are estimates provided by FMC and are not intended for bidding purposes): 1. Abatement of approximately 11,589 SF of ACM Flooring. Mostly involves carpet on top of most VCT. Also includes cleaning the floor after removal. 2. Removal & disposal of approximately 5,700 SF of non-asbestos flooring and includes cleaning the floor after removal. 3. Abatement of approximately 650 SF asphalt/tar roofing and flashing material from a breezeway roof.
