From the I-70 Williamsburg Exit 161, take Route D north to the stop sign. Turn west and continue on Route D to County Road 1003. Go north 2 miles on County Road 1003 to the entrance. The Project includes, but is not limited to: mobilization and demobilization, construction survey staking, information sign, erosion control, clearing, grubbing, site grading, earth dam excavation, storage of excavated material, fill placement and compaction, removal of existing spillway, construction of new steel spillway pipe, concrete inlet and outlet, steel trash rack, dewatering, cofferdam, lake drawdown, lake filling, rip-rap, rock lining, boulders, pipe gate, signs, and seed and mulch. A.
