Description

The project consists of coordinating three separate projects; 1) RTU (Roof Top Unit) replacements-20 ton and 60 ton with new Carrier units including removal of curbs and replacement with new curbs 2) Removal of existing EPDM roof, repairing gypsum deck and replacing with new EPDM Roof 3) Structural reinforcing of existing metal roof members to accommodate additional loading. General Contractor will be required to coordinate and schedule various specialty trades to maximize efficiency and minimize interruptions to the operating Village Building business occupants.
