Description

**As of January 30, 2023, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The apparent low bidder is Comprehensive Contracting, Brighton, MI at $345,455.00. The Work includes installation of an owner-purchased, factory-built above-ground duplex self-priming sanitary sewer pump station, precast-concrete support manhole for new equipment installation, and all necessary accessories, including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, and site work as shown on the Drawings and described in the Project Manual. Site work includes temporary sanitary bypass pumping for existing apartment complex sanitary sewer services and connectivity of recently installed directionally drilled sanitary force main pipe. Construction requires open cut excavation, abandonment of the existing pump station's drywell, tree trimming, traffic control measures for pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and site restoration. There will be no refunds or return of Bidding Documents. Requests may also be directed, with payment, to the ENGINEER at 3497 Coolidge Rd, East Lansing, MI 48823.
