Vizcaya Village Superintendent`s House Renovation

The Work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the Central Loggia exterior windows and doors with hurricane impact windows and doors, refurbishment of all other historic windows and doors, removal of existing and providing and installing new hurricane protection system at all non-Central Loggia windows and doors, specified roof repair or replacement of clay roof tiles, new interior finishes, replacement of mechanical fan coil units, electrical distribution wiring and light fixtures, plumbing water and waste system, installation of concrete slabs and accessibility ramps, re-installation of limestone steps, improvement of the Superintendent’s House forecourt, installation of rolling gates on 32nd Road.
