Description

This project was originally bid in May 2018, and partial construction occurred in 2019. A General Contractor experienced in utility installation is needed to complete the project. The remaining work consists primarily of installation of several hundred feet of sewer line including rock excavation. Additional work includes installation of miscellaneous site amenities and landscaping, and completion of interior bathroom renovations. The status of the project is outlined in the attached Kimley Horn and JC Waller Site reports dated January 9, 2020.
