RFP D/B - Design/Build Staff Workforce Housing Construction Chino Valley Unified School District is seeking the services of Arizona licensed contractors to construct housing facilities for district staff. Trades involved include site preparation, all applicable testing, purchasing and installation of prefabricated housing units or site-built framing and components, all electrical and plumbing required, landscaping, curbing, and all applicable local City and County permitting. Total construction services may be required to construct up to ten (10) separate units. The district is open to expandable unit design, including Casita-style Accessory Dwelling Units, tiny and park-model homes, as well as other emerging housing technology applications. Interested applicants will respond with written sealed proposals. The district does not accept posted dates (USPS) or sent dates (FED EX, UPS, etc. or other package delivery service) as responsive if received after deadline. To be considered responsive, offers must be delivered at the District Office by date and time above. Late proposals shall be returned unopened to offeror. Interested parties will be invited to a mandatory pre-bid on-site conference to familiarize offerors with several relevant details.
