We request you submit a price proposal for construction of new construction, alter, repair, and upgrade the of a 13,751 SF Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) facility. Repairs will replace aging floors, ceilings, doors, and mechanical/electrical systems with new, modern materials and systems that meet current codes (to include ADA-compliance considerations). The project will modify the building interior to include entrances, exclusive/common maintenance administrative space, classroom/break room, latrines, battery room, fluid distribution room, tool/parts storage, hazardous and controlled waste storage, increased electrical capacity, and other modifications to improve functional efficiency. New systems furniture will be installed in maintenance administrative office areas and classroom/break room. Limited site work includes landscaping, fencing, gates, signage and organizational parking pavements. Supporting facilities include land clearing, paving, fencing, general site improvements and utility connections. |
