| Description | Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified contractor to provide and install LED sports lighting for three (3) ball fields at Panther Creek Park per the bid specifications. Contractor shall complete and submit the mandatory item checklist in Section 2.01 of this document in addition to all items requested within the list. Submittals shall be in the same order as presented on the checklist in the bid submission. When the Contractor has not completed this work or reached substantial completion on or before April 1, 2023, the County will assess liquidated damages in the amount of $750.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars) per day until the work is complete. |
