| Description | Scope: The Project work includes installation and repair of various type of floor coverings on an annual contract. Contractor shall perform services to include repair of flooring; removal of flooring; installation of flooring; installation of base cove; minor repair, patching, or smoothing of subfloor surfaces; removal and replacement of in-floor mounted receptacle or other utility box covers; and the moving of furniture and office equipment to accomplish these tasks in a way that is safe and prevents furniture and equipment from being damaged. |
