| Description | - Remove and properly dispose of existing roofing, insulation, and sheet metal down to the existing fluted steel deck on designated roof area. - Install two layers of flat-stock polyisocyanurate insulation board mechanically attached to fluted steel deck. - Install tapered polyisocyanurate insulation board set in low-rise foam adhesive over base layers of insulation. - Install gypsum roof cover board in low-rise foam adhesive. - Install two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane. - Install new modified bitumen flashings and sheet metal flashing at rise walls and penetrations. - Install new sheet metal edge flashings/fascias along roof perimeters. - Install new sheet metal gutters and downspouts at designated locations. - Disconnect roof-top lightning protection system to install new roofing system and re-install upon completion of new roof system installation. -Provide specified contractor and manufacturer warranties. - Be aware this is an operational data center. Water and smoke intrusion must be mitigated during replacement of the roofing system. | ||
