Description

At the direction of the Public Works Director/City Engineer the successful vendor/supplier will supply and deliver asphalt cold mix materials to the City for the terms of the agreement and in accordance with the specification in this contract. • A City representative will be required to sample and/or test the materials at the plant prior to delivery. • 40 % of the total quantity shall be delivered to the city on the week of July 10, 2023. • The remaining quantity necessary to complete the purchased materials shall be delivered to the city at two (2) different times on the week of July 24 and August 7, 2023.
