Purchase of Cold Mix Asphalt SC3000 (Materials and Delivery Only)

At the direction of the Public Works Director/City Engineer the successful vendor/supplier will supply and deliver asphalt cold mix materials to the City for the terms of the agreement and in accordance with the specification in this contract. • A City representative will be required to sample and/or test the materials at the plant prior to delivery. • 40 % of the total quantity shall be delivered to the city on the week of July 10, 2023. • The remaining quantity necessary to complete the purchased materials shall be delivered to the city at two (2) different times on the week of July 24 and August 7, 2023. The City of Delano reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid received not affected by law. Proposals received after the time announced for the bid opening will not be considered. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the bid opening.
