| Description | Providing professional engineering construction management services from qualified firms to assist the City of New Rochelle in a managing the Downtown Sewer Enhancement Project (Phase 1D) that involves resident engineer, office engineer/community liaison and inspection. The City of New Rochelle is experiencing unprecedented redevelopment in the City’s downtown. In order to meet this growth, the significant portions of the existing sanitary sewer system will need to be replaced and upgraded. Approximately 1,494 linear feet of 8” DIP and 7 manholes will be installed in the same alignment and grade as the existing system on Maple Avenue, Davis Avenue and Bancker Place. |
