Description

MCL is requesting construction pricing for the renovations and additions at the Regency Lake & Tennis Club including: - Clubhouse Renovation - Interior and exterior remodel, decking replacement, guardrail replacement, new mechanical equipment, and new lighting. - Pool Lining and New Wading Pool - Existing pool modifications and lining, and a new wading pool. - New Pool Restroom Building - To house the snack shack, lifeguard offices, pool equipment, and pool storage. - New Boardwalk - Build up the existing beach front to give it a new look and increase usable space. - Misc Site Renovations - Including removal of existing dock and cleanup/replacement of existing railings. This project will have a fall 2023 start with a completion date in mid-spring 2024, between the 2023 and 2024 swimming seasons. Please be sure to review the bid form in our planroom prior to compiling your proposals to correctly break out pricing for this project. These breakouts are for accounting purposes only.
